The F.A.R.M. Team is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
The Farm Team exists to support young adults in addiction recovery as they move forward. We pair one-on-one mentoring with practical life-skills training, aiming to help each person step into a career at an established organization. These services are offered to those willing to grow, and the ultimate aim is a purposeful life free from addiction.
The F.A.R.M. Team will work with a select number of individuals each year, providing mentoring opportunities and providing the ability for these individuals to interact with professionals from myriad professions with the stated goal of helping the individuals successfully re-enter the workforce with established organizations and companies.
The F.A.R.M. Team will also provide grants to help cover expenses to assist these individuals acclimate into the working world, including but not limited to: obtain driver's license, providing transportation to and from work, cover outstanding fines preventing employment, and to provide for housing in a safe, sober facility or home.
